Following your initial contact with our team, you will be sent a required medical form to complete & also photo instructions to send in your pictures for assessment. The medical service provider will assess your information and images and provide feedback including your treatment plan, suitability and pricing.

If you are happy with the initial feedback and would like to proceed then a video consultation with the surgery team is booked. You will virtually meet the doctor to discuss every aspect of the treatment package.

If you are ready to proceed with your booking, our team will send you email requesting payment for our booking fee. This is 30% of your total surgery cost & will be deducted from the balance of your surgery cost. (This fee is non-refundable).

Once payment for the booking fee has been received our team will ask you to book your flights & send us flight confirmation details within 24hrs. (This secures your surgery date).

Upon arrival at the airport a chauffeur will be waiting to collect you & escort you to the hotel. This is where you will spend your recovery following your hospital stay. An additional adult guest is welcome to join you for the duration of your stay for support however this isn’t essential. Aventus have full time staff on hand to assist you with anything you may need.

The day following your arrival you will be taken to the hospital where your surgery takes place. We provide world-class service at our modern hospital with our state-of-the-art technological infrastructure and highly experienced and knowledgeable healthcare personnel. Following surgery you will stay at the hospital where our team will monitor your recovery.

Once you are discharged from the hospital a chauffeur will take you back to the hotel to recover & relax before your flight home. We ensure the entire process to be pleasant and comfortable for you by assigning you assistants, who can speak in your native language and fulfill all your needs throughout your stay.

A few days after your procedure you will be taken back to the hospital by a chauffeur for your post op check up with our team. You will receive a “fit to fly” letter for your journey home. At the end of your recovery stay, the chauffeur will escort you to the airport for your flight home.

Upon your return home our team are available to answer any questions you may have relating to your treatment & aftercare. It is recommended that you follow after care instructions such as lymphatic massages given by your Doctor to ensure optimum results. You will have a 6 week follow up with our medical team to conclude your cosmetic journey.
