Dr. Francesco Somma has studied extensively throughout his career in Italy and Europe (Perugia, Rome, Brussels, Valencia, Zurich, Sidney and Linz), specializing in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery with top honors. Dr. Somma sees his patients in Naples and on the Sorrento Peninsula, where his private practices are located.

He has cultivated a special interest in abdominoplasty (more than 1,000 procedures performed) where he combines his knowledge, skills and passion to provide patients with exceptional results. His love for body contouring took him all the way to Australia, where he trained on the Vaser Lipo HD and the Brazilian Butt Lift, two very innovative liposuction techniques, which he furthered and perfected at the Cosmos Clinic in Sydney directed by Professor Joseph Ajaka.

Dr Francesco Fascetti, who has a dedicated focus on liposuction, grew up in Rome, Italy. After graduating from the University of Pavia (Italy) in 2006, Dr Fascetti has worked in private and public settings as a hospital resident, General Practitioner and Sports Physician for various events.

His attention to detail and “eye for beauty” led him to develop a strong passion for cosmetic medicine and procedures. Working side by side with Dr. Joseph Ajaka (founder of Cosmos Clinic), Dr Fascetti has developed exceptional surgical skills in the art of Cosmetic Procedures. He is highly trained in the latest technology for liposuction (Vaser Liposuction), body contouring, CoolSculpting, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) and many other non-surgical treatments.

Graduated in Medicine from the University of Naples "Federico II" in 2012 with highest honors with an experimental thesis entitled "Body remodeling after massive weight loss." Specialized in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli" in 2018 with highest honors with an experimental thesis titled "Reduction Mastoplasty according to Wise pattern based on Würinger's septum: comparative study between inferior and supero-medial pedicle."

He received his Ph.D. in Medical, Clinical and Experimental Sciences from the University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli" in 2022 with highest honors. He has gained experience in the field of plastic surgery since 2010, the year of his first internship in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University Federico II of Naples, and has trained during his years of specialization between Campania and Puglia.
